Ski down the 48 runs of Pico Mountain; this ski resort has an altitude difference of 1,967 feet. Pico Mountain has 6 lifts and gets covered by on average 21 feet of great snow per year. Everyone loves Pico Mountain and its 208 acres of terrain. 71% of the runs are blue and green while 31% of them are red and black and well suited for proficient skiers. The 141 slopes
    of Killington are all enjoyable and are served by 30 ski lifts. The altitude difference is 3,050 feet, and this ski resort boasts 21 feet of snow yearly. Killington is a skiers delight. It has 39% tough slopes on its 1,215 acres of terrain, and 61% green and blue slopes for beginners.
Patch Dam is not far at all from Green Mountain National Forest, and if you need a site to stay Inn at Rutland is a great choice. Here at Green Mountain National Forest there are plenty of folks from Rutland, and you are close to Warner Cove since you're here.
