Lackawanna State Park Custom Search   7 ski lifts take skiers up the mountain, so they can enjoy the 30 trails of the close by ski hill, Sno Mountain. Sno Mountain has a height difference of 1,020 feet and receives 4 feet of wonderful snow per season. 75% of the 140 acres of skiable terrain at Sno Mountain is beginner and intermediate, tremendous for kids and learners. 25% of the trails on the other hand are difficult and tremendous for experienced skiers. The 6 great ski lifts at the nearby ski area Elk Mountain transport skiers up to the tops of the 27 slopes at Elk Mountain. This nearby ski     area obtains 5 feet of good snow every season and has a drop of 1,000 feet. 55% of the slopes at Elk Mountain are easy. Of the 180 acres of skiable terrain 45% is challenging; there's something for everyone at Elk Mountain. It's a popular place to get away to for people arriving from Fleetville. If you need a location to stay Nichols Village Hotel is a wonderful choice; you'll probably meet some people from Fleetville here.
