  A magnificent 6.5-mile-in-length whitewater bit on Feather River - Middle Fork is close by. This, the Sloat to Nelson Point sector, is a type II-III. You might get drenched whitewater rafting and kayaking this bit of Feather River - Middle Fork, so you should be prepared for that. The 32.5-mile-long Nelson Point to Milsap Bridge section is a class V+ section of whitewater on Feather River - Middle Fork. Don't go raft paddling on this run of Feather River - Middle Fork unless you believe your raft paddling capabilities are very pleasant. Kayak paddling may
    get perilous, so check conditions prior to departure. 1.4 miles of scenic hiking trail is to be found in close proximity; this is the Eureka Lake Trail featuring a difference between top and bottom of 1,203 feet. The Eureka Lake Trail is an average difficulty hiking trail; it takes
approximately two hours to backcountry trek. A great backcountry hiking trail in possession of an elevation difference of 6,884 feet, and 109.3 miles long, is to be found close by.
