Diamond Peak has pleasant ski slopes to fit any ability. The 1,840 feet of altitude difference at close by Diamond Peak is total fun. Diamond Peak boasts 33 feet of wonderful snow per year on its 30 ski slopes that are served by its 6 ski lifts. Ski down the 70 slopes of Northstar at Tahoe; this ski area has a vertical drop of 2,280 feet. Northstar at Tahoe has 17 great ski lifts and obtains on average 29 feet of good     snow per winter. Northstar at Tahoe has 2,420 acres to ski on; 75% of the slopes are easy which is fine for novices; 25% of the slopes are challenging. 10 acres of skiable area is on hand at Granlibakken; intermediate or beginner runs account for 95% while red and black runs make up 5% of the runs. There are great runs for everyone at Granlibakken. The 1 runs at Granlibakken are all perfect; the drop is 300 feet at this ski resort.
