Burton Creek State Park Custom Search   Ski down the 1 slopes of Granlibakken; this ski mountain has a vertical drop of 300 feet. Granlibakken has 2 good ski lifts and has on average 17 feet of good snow annually. Granlibakken is a glorious ski mountain with 10 acres of skiing area. 5% of the slopes are black and red and 95% are beginner and intermediate. Everyone likes Northstar at Tahoe and its 2,420 acres of skiable land. 75% of the slopes are beginner and intermediate while 25% of them are hard and suited for expert skiers. The 70 slopes at Northstar at Tahoe are all great; the elevation     difference is 2,280 feet at this ski area. Northstar at Tahoe receives 29 feet of good snow yearly and has 17 ski lifts to move all the skiers up the hill. The 56 trails of Homewood are all cool and are served by 8 good ski lifts. The elevation difference is 1,650 feet, and this ski hill gets covered by 29 feet of ice cold snow annually. Homewood is a skiers heaven.
