The snow is fine at Trollhaugen, and if you're here, you could also stop at stunning Lake Mallalieu. This lake is so wonderful. Bass Lake is a spot with many visitors from Somerset, and the lovely marina of Boomsite Marina is a good setting to leave dry land behind. A spree to Saint Croix National Scenic River is recommended, and     if you have a boat, River Park Marina is a glorious marina.
