Custom Search     Twelvemile Lake     12-Mile lake is a bust, hasn't seen normal water in years. It is just a dried lake bed with cows roaming around. I live some 20-miles away so when I saw the review I took the time to check it out. About 2-miles to the east of this location is a large BLM holding called the Escure Ranch. That Is worth seeing, best access and ''camp'' ground is about 2.5 miles from the entrance intersection with the George Knott road. They have modern pit toilets and ample trail     head parking. Rock creek flows through it and features a small water fall.
