It is drained in the winter, who ever runs the dam doesn't man it in winter so they let it drain. There was talk that they would not fill it any more. Says Robert Just heard that Bonnie Lake is drained in the winter and then refilled in the Spring. Can you tell me why? Says Marla This lake is so wonderful. Bonnie Lake is close     to Lake Easton State Park which is a charming location.
