Custom Search     Zacharias Pond     Absolutely my favorite place to walk the trails. It is in town and safe. Beautiful view of the pond and island which has ducks and geese all year around. Also there is a lovely bridge. The pavillion and children's playground are clean and so are the toilet facilities. There is also a ballfield for baseball and soccer. Love it there. Says Marie Counterman Blue and green ski slopes make up 75% of the ski slopes at Alpine Mountain, and advanced and expert     ones make up 25%. There is a total of 60 acres of skiable land; Alpine Mountain is a great place to ski. Alpine Mountain, the close by ski area has a drop of 500 feet; this ski area has 5 good ski lifts, and 5 feet of wonderful snow per year covering its 21 ski slopes.            Map Detailed Map Weather Local weather forecast
