Custom Search     Blue Marsh Lake     This lake is a beautiful 1150 acre lake. Tremendous pastimes here include boating, waterskiing and fishing. The 5 great ski lifts at the close by ski mountain Blue Marsh bring skiers up to the tops of the 9 slopes at Blue Marsh. This close by ski mountain has 1 feet of beautiful snow every season and has an altitude difference of 315 feet. 90% of the 35 acres of skiing area at Blue Marsh is blue and green, nice for children and beginners. 10%     of the slopes on the other hand are black and red and nice for expert skiers. If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Blue Marsh Lake.   Blue Marsh is a decent sized, man-made lake engineered by our boys in the Army Corp of Engineers. The lake offers good fishing, water skiing, and has a ''beach front'' swimming area. Kayaks and canoes are in abundance.
