| | This is a relatively large lake (1500 acres) located in NE Ohio, at the intersection of state Rt 422 and Rt 44. The lake is managed by the Ohio Division of Wildlife. There are no camps or parks on the shore of the lake. The lake is part of the city of Akron water supply system. Access to the lake is limited to boating/fishing, and gasoline motors are not allowed. If you want to fish this lake, bring two trolling batteries as the lake is large. Fish to be caught |
include largemouth bass, crappie (white and black), channel catfish, yellow perch, bluegill, walleye and the occasional northern pike (rare, but according to the boathouse attendant, there are a few in the lake). Says Dave Reyes
