Leyendecker Reservoir

Uh, this is a dry catch basin. No fish here. Never was, never will be. Says Norm

The 30 ski slopes that cover the close by ski hill Sandia Peak are lots of fun; these ski slopes get an average of 10 feet of ice cold snow annually. Sandia Peak has a nice 1,700-foot drop from top to bottom, and has 6 great ski lifts. 10% of the 200 acres of skiable land at Sandia Peak consist of red and black ski slopes. But there are nice ski slopes for young ones and beginners
as well; 90% of the ski slopes are beginner and intermediate. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Tanoan Country Club is in the vicinity.
