Malaga Lake

Other than feces from the geese this is without a doubt one of the nicest parks to take your family to for a walk, a picnic, a swim or a bar b que. It is ALWAYS clean and the grass and beach area are well maintained. I am thankful that we have an area to go and now that my children are grown I STILL enjoy a day there just to relax and enjoy nature at its best. There is nothing you can do about fowl feces. It is all a part of nature so look before you step.
It's a GREAT day at this park so go and enjoy it... Where else can you go today that is so beautiful, clean and FREE to enjoy. Says Robin

When I was a kid. I use to live and fish on Malaga lake with my brother. I know just
about every stump in the lake. You could walk the hole lake if you stay on the trail that is in the lake. Have 53 years on that lake and love every one of them. Says Charlie

Malaga Lake for years has been a great lake to fish, I had great time catching big fish but you must know where and when to fish them. I have 52 years experience there. Says Buddy

Malaga is a great lake for catching fish, however there are alot of stumps which makes it harder

for larger boats. Also the vegetation is very bad in mid season so you have to use a weedless setup. Says Steve
