Custom Search     Deering Reservoir     This lake was a nice conservation area, but in the last few years it has started to down hill quickly. There are many speed boats towing water skiers. The boats create waves that are eroding the shoreline. The boats are also disturbing the Loons. The conservation commission recently installed port a potties. The garbage left on the miniscule beach is pretty disguting. On summer days the place is fairly packed. Some place else might be a better choice: maybe no trash     and speed boats.
