Custom Search     Hebgen Reservoir     This lake is a pretty 20 square mile lake. The waters of this lake include some splendid rainbow trout, trout, whitefish, brown trout, chub, cutthroat trout and mountain whitefish. If by chance you enjoy whitewater, there is the Hebgen Reservoir to Quake Lake section, a class II-III whitewater segment on Madison River, 3 miles in length. The Hebgen Reservoir to Quake Lake section of Madison River is recommended for paddlers of medium know-how.     The Quake Lake to 1 1/2 mile downstream section, a whitewater stretch on Madison River is 1.5 miles from start to finish.
