Black Lake

Wonderful lake with Bald Eagles nesting on the edge of the south lake. A pair of loons nest in the narrows, and 8 pair of Canadian Gesse nest in the wetland on the west side of the upper lake, raising aproximently 30 young each year. The Beavor and Otters are also in heaven on this lake. It has good fishing for Northern, Bass, Blue Gills , and Crappies. It is what is called a coffee water lake being very dark in color, causing the fish to be beautiful. Says Kurt
    Kalbrener

The waters of this lake consist of some tremendous largemouth bass, bluegill, crappie, northern pike, bass, black crappie, pumpkinseed sunfish, rock bass, sunfish and walleye. Black Lake is a beautiful 246 acre lake.
