The water is very warm, and my kids enjoy sailing our small sunfish. We have a beautiful view from across the pond, and we see no houses. There is a total of 40 acres of skiable territory;     Camden is a tremendous spot to ski. There's a total of 3 good ski lifts at close by ski resort Camden.
