The 15 ski runs that cover the close by ski area Big Squaw are lots of fun; these ski runs get an average of 15 feet of beautiful snow per winter. Big Squaw has a good 1,750-foot drop from top to bottom, and has 4 great ski lifts. This lake is so wonderful.     There's some flowing water close by, Lagoon Brook is a stream you can check out while here.
