Berkshire Pond

Learned to swim in the Bershire pond and swam there until I was 11 or 12. Says Peter Saldo

9 lifts move skiers up the hill, so they can enjoy the 45 slopes of the close by ski resort, Jiminy Peak. Jiminy Peak has an altitude difference of 1,150 feet and receives 12 feet of beautiful snow per winter. Beginner and intermediate slopes make up 70% of the slopes at Jiminy Peak, and demanding ones make up 30%. There is a total of 157 acres of terrain; Jiminy
Peak is a glorious place to ski. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Bonnie Brae Cabins and Campsites is a delightful location to camp.
