Marsh Lake

This lake is accessible from the public access site on Feathervalley Rd and from a channel connecting it to Little Otter Lake. This lake can offer some fantastic fishing at times. It used to have a reputation of being a dirty water lake. This has improved greatly since the IDNR enacted a electric motor only policy on this lake. The water quality has dramatically improved. The entire lake is surrounded cat-tail filled marsh. This lake has a reputation for spotty
fishing, if you don't catch one in the first hour, move on down the chain they say... When they are biting here it can be a blast though, the lake has some fat healthy bluegills. This lake also has the allure of that chance of catching a really nice pike. Says Jason B.
