Custom Search     Brookville Lake     I'm actually from this area, I live in Connersville Indiana. This area is really beautiful for boating and swimming. There is plenty of room/space for family get together, but the fishing is not that great even when boat fishing. Not saying that you wouldn't have a good time fishing and that you wouldn't catch some nice fish. Just I wouldn't recommend driving long distance just to come fishing here. Says Jeremy Brookville Lake is a pretty 8 square     mile lake boasting a shoreline of 61 miles. There are ramps, so you can get your boat into the lake. Brookville Lake is a good place for fishing.
