Brookville Lake

I'm actually from this area, I live in Connersville Indiana. This area is really beautiful for boating and swimming. There is plenty of room/space for family get together, but the fishing is not that great even when boat fishing. Not saying that you wouldn't have a good time fishing and that you wouldn't catch some nice fish. Just I wouldn't recommend driving long distance just to come fishing here. Says Jeremy

Brookville Lake is a pretty 8 square
mile lake boasting a shoreline of 61 miles. There are ramps, so you can get your boat into the lake.
Brookville Lake is a good place for fishing.
Brookville Lake has some good channel catfish, bluegill, catfish, crappie, bass,
black crappie, largemouth bass, muskellunge, muskellunge, northern pike, rock bass, smallmouth bass, striped bass, walleye and white bass.
