Lake Winifred

Lake Winifred is one of the lakes here in the Wallowa Mountains. So many exciting things in the Wallowa Mountains, just mind-boggling. There's so much to do here at Lake Winifred that you need to camp here for a while, Black Lake Campground is a great site for that. Horse Pasture Basin is a wonderful location to stretch your legs a bit; Emerald Lake is a fine lake close by.
And that's not all you can do here in the Wallowa Mountains. If you need a place
to stay Hartland Inn is a great choice. Smith Mountain can be seen from Lake Winifred, and a pleasant visit to Lost Basin is a nice way to spend an afternoon.
