  There's some flowing water nearby, Laidlaw Creek is a stream you can check out while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Pot Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth checking out, and Brocky Canyon is a wonderful place to spend some time.
Windy Lake is a good place to visit for more than one day, Wildhorse Campground is a good place to camp nearby. Dry warm beds await you at Airport Inn. You'll need more than a day to discover everything
    Windy Lake has to offer, you can camp at Fall Creek Trailhead. At Windy Lake you donít see much rainfall. January is when you get the most snow here, and July is when it's the driest.
