  This lake is so wonderful. Tin Cup Lake is a nice location to visit for more than one day, Craters of the Moon KOA is a nice location to camp nearby. Head up to Pomerelle Mountain and strap some skis to your feet. If the weather is lovely, you acquire a good view of Tin Cup Butte from Tin Cup Lake. Hi-country RV Park and Campground is a great local campground; a journey to Craters Of The Moon National Monument is recommended.

    get a lot of rainfall. Of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is October. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Tin Cup Lake while overnight lows are mostly in the 40's.
