  Steve Lake is located in the Bitterroot Range. The Nub can be spotted from Steve Lake.
This is a magnificent area for people who like lakes. Heather Lake is a lake around here. Gotta ski! Lookout Pass is a wonderful location to do that. Steve Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Surveyors Lookout is a wonderful local campground. St. Joe National Forest is a nice spot, and if you came to camp Riviera is a perfect place to do that.
    Steve Lake gets a typical amount of yearly rain. January is when you get the most snow here, and July is when it's the driest. High temperatures at Steve Lake during the summertime months are in the 80's.
