Sonners Reservoir

This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Airport Inn is a great place to spend a night or two. Hayspur Hatchery is a great campground nearby. There's a good category I-III part of whitewater nearby on Big Wood River, the 25-mile-in-length Glendale Diversion to Richfield Diversion portion. For kayak paddling this part of Big Wood River is a cool place. Whitewater kayaking and rafting may turn risky, so check circumstances before heading out.
If you're stopping by Sonners Reservoir from Bellevue, you won't be the only one; a spree to Sagebrush Spring will fill your soul with good feelings.
