  A journey to Salmon National Forest when you're here at Skyhigh Lake is never a bad idea; Skyhigh Lake is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Crags Campground is a delightful local campground. Just can't get enough of the Salmon River Mountains. From Skyhigh Lake you acquire a fine vista of Wilson Mountain; if you came to camp Yellowjacket Campground is a good site to do that.
This lake is so wonderful. The vista of beautiful Puddin Mountain
    near Skyhigh Lake is great.
Skyhigh Lake is located in the Salmon River Mountains. At Skyhigh Lake you donít see much rain. The month with most of the rain is June, and the driest of the months is February.
