  Cold Lake is a beautiful lake in the Bitterroot Range. Flat Creek is a great local campground, and while you're here, you could also visit scenic Heather Lake.
Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Bitterroot Range. Cold Lake is a delightful place to visit for more than one day, Kelly Forks is a delightful place to camp nearby. You can spot Cold Springs Peak from Cold Lake; sites like Clearwater National Forest are perfect to stop at.
