  This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Surveyors Lookout; if you get bored of Cliff Lake you could also check out nearby Heather Lake. You'll never forgive yourself if you donít go skiing at Lookout Pass since you're here.
The Bitterroot Range scenery is always beautiful. One of the governing marks of the surroundings of Cliff Lake is The Nub. Riviera is a perfect campground nearby, and a good place like St. Joe National Forest is too perfect to leave
Cliff Lake gets a normal amount of annual precipitation. The month of January is the wettest with most of the snow while July is usually the driest month.
