Says cathy klein Sundown Mountain is a great ski area with 55 acres of skiable area. 10% of the slopes are tough and 90% are green and blue. Ski down the 20 slopes of Sundown Mountain; this ski area has an altitude difference of 475 feet. Sundown Mountain has 7 lifts and gets blanketed by on average 4 feet of good snow yearly. This lake is so     wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express & Suites DUBUQUE-WEST; lots of folks from Dubuque come here.
