Custom Search     Weaver Lake     There are no 'Inns' or hotels around the lake within an hours drive at least. The roads are horrible USFS roads that are not maintained and not recommended for low clearance cars or trucks without proper tires. Seasonal temps are incorrect, no whitewater paddling on Fordyce Creek, no brown trout in the lake, and no established campground at Weaver Lake.  Says B. Reno Love this lake, tough road means less people! I've had great fishing here. My experience     is the south end of the lake is not so good (edited), trash, & they don't put out their fires. Camp away, come back for the day. Till spring? Says John Spiker of Reno Road and campsite not maintained by USFS. No accomodations, only 1 level spot.
