Custom Search     Mott Lake     Very nice glacial lake with inlet creek making a noisy waterfall just above the lake. Used to have nice Rainbow population. A very old account of burro packing to there from Huntington Lake by a Big Creek couple in the 1920s exists. Think they called it Enchantment Lake! If time allows, Devils Postpile National Monument is a national park worth checking out, and you can hit     the slopes at Mammoth Mountain in the vicinity. You absolutely should love the Central Sierra Nevada.
