If you came for an overnight stay Mountain Farm Campground is a great spot to camp, and dry warm beds await you at Comfort Suites Hagerstown. Fun pastimes are abundant; there's always something for the whole family to like. After a long day outdoors Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Hagerstown is a great spot to spend a night or two, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Beaver Creek.
Here at Greenbrier State Park you can catch
 
a sight of Pine Knob, and there is a magnificent hiking trail close by called the Snavelys Ford Trail. You'll meet a lot of folks from Boonsboro here, and you can distinguish Short Hill from Greenbrier State Park. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. Why not stop at Greenbriar State Park Dike Dam while you're here, and camping is available at Maple Tree Campground.
I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a magnificent time here at Greenbrier State Park. Whitewater paddling is tremendous on Catoctin Creek; Greenbrier State Park is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, South Mountain Campground is a tremendous local campground. If the weather is delightful, you acquire a splendid panorama of Bartman Hill from Greenbrier State Park, and a magnificent close by hotel is Super 8 Motel - Hagerstown.
Greenbrier State Park is a good place of normal rain; during the month of May you get the most rain around here while January is typically the driest month. Greenbrier State Park is a popular destination for people from Boonsboro. If you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Antietam Creek, and an afternoon playing golf at Beaver Creek Country Club is always a bliss.
A wonderful site for whitewater paddling right next door to Greenbrier State Park is Middle creek, and Green Brier State Park Dam and Dike is a gorgeous place, without doubt worth checking out. Catoctin Quaker Camp is a delightful campground nearby, and since you're here and you like golf, you can stop by Musket Ridge Golf Club. At Greenbrier State Park you find plenty of outdoors recreation, so you could have fun while you're here.
Greenbrier State Park has a massive amount of natural beauty; it's a location where everyone has a fine time.
