All the water falling down from the sky makes Bluestone State Park a wet location; the wettest month of the year is mostly July, that's the one that rains the most, and February on the other hand is the driest. Bluestone State Park has wonderful outdoors recreation that you can benefit from. On a gorgeous day you obtain a view of Bluestone Mountain from Bluestone State Park, and camping is available at Bluestone     Country Store and Camp. So many enjoyable things to do at Bluestone State Park, so little time. Willow Wood Country Club is a tremendous golf course nearby, and let's not forget Pipestem Creek which is a stream that you may bump into while you're here. There's so much to do here at Bluestone State Park that you need to camp here for a while, Pipestem Koa Kampground is a delightful spot for that; from Bluestone State Park you obtain a wonderful vista of Sand Knob. At Bluestone State Park all through the summertime months highs are in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while Bluestone State Park overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the 10's. This river has so much to offer. If you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on   Pipestem Creek, and unsurprisingly Surveyor Branch flows through this region. Bluestone State Park is a good site for a trip when you have got to spend some time in the fresh air. Get covered with water paddling on Madams Creek; you'll meet a lot of people from Nimitz here. This place is excellent, just look at all the amusing stuff to do in close proximity to Bluestone State Park. There are some good whitewater spots on Bluestone. Bluestone State Park is a good wilderness region that everyone enjoys. Camping at Bass Lake Park is always a pleasant experience; Bluestone River is one of the streams close by that might be worth taking a look at. At this river you will always have a good time. Get yourself into a kayak and hit New River; Bluestone Lake is a nearby lake that you could take a look at. Bluestone State Park has delightful nature scenery for your viewing contentment. Bluestone State Park is good enough to spend more than a day at, Pipestem Resort State Park is a good local campground; whitewater paddling is wonderful on Little Bluestone River & Tributaries. There are loads of amusing pursuits for everybody to love.
