Don't go whitewater paddling on this segment of Jackman River unless you believe your whitewater paddling     skills are very great. Stillaguamish River - North Fork has a nearby whitewater stretch; the Confluence with South Branch to bridge below Moose Creek portion is a great 8-mile-in-distance class V stretch of whitewater. The beginners should perhaps stay away from this stretch of Stillaguamish River - North Fork. Whitewater rapids are treacherous phenomenons, so you should check restrictions prior to departure.
