R V Town is a great campground nearby; if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Domerie Peak Trail. Just can't get enough of Lake Easton State Park. At Lake Easton State Park you can distinguish Monahan Mountain; if you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Box Canyon Creek.
Lake Easton State Park is a brilliant location for a visit when you've gotta get out. Lake Easton State Park is a quite wet place frequently with much precipitation; January is when you get the most snow here; July is when it's the driest. There's so much to do here at Lake Easton State Park that you need to camp here for a while, Kachess Campground is a tremendous spot for that; get yourself into a kayak and hit Cle Elum River.
