Morgan Creek Campground is a good campground nearby, and why not take a little trip to Newport Creek since you're here. A spree to Iron Horse State Park is a great selection when you have to get out. Mill Creek is in close proximity to Iron Horse State Park and is always a delight to go to, and the Little Creek Basin Trail offers hiking at its best.
