Hood Canal is a splendid place, and Belfair State Park is not the only site close by, Suckell Pond is a close by lake. Why not pop by Lynch Cove also while you're here, and some of the water nearby flows, like Little Mission Creek. It's a popular place to go to for folks from Belfair.
Plum Point is in close proximity and always glorious to visit. The high level of rainfall makes Belfair State Park a rather wet place; all through December this area sees the most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. The beauty of Belfair State Park is there for
