Float down the rapids of Mill Creek in a kayak; Owls Head Bay is close by and always wonderful to stop by.
A journey to D.A.R. State Park is a perfect selection when you need to get out. Ten Acres Campground is a good campground nearby, and why not pop by Crane Point also while you're here. There is tremendous outdoors recreation at D.A.R. State Park, so you could have loads of fun.
Some nearby water includes Hospital Creek, and why not camp at Griffins Ten Acre Campground since you're here at D.A.R. State Park. D.A.R. State Park has stunning nature scenery for you to enjoy. And if that's not enough there's plenty more exciting stuff to do in the Adirondack Mountains. Here at D.A.R. State Park there are plenty of folks from Port Henry, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Putnam Creek.
