Ascutney North can be distinguished from Ascutney State Park, and camping at Crown Point Camping Area is always a tremendous experience.
There are a lot of enjoyable activities for everybody. Ascutney South is a peak you can observe from Ascutney State Park, and Lake Runnenede is a nearby lake that you could stop at.
If you came to camp Mount Ascutney State Park Campground is a great spot to do that; dry warm beds await you at Best Budget Inn. And if that's not enough, there's loads more to do close to Ascutney State Park. Camping is available at The Farm Campground, and get your pulse rate up on the splendid whitewater of Ottauquechee River. A glorious close by hotel is Ascutney Mountain Resort; nice hiking is available along the Futures Trail.
Ascutney State Park is a wonderful place for a visit when you have got to spend some time in the great outdoors. If you came for an overnight stay Tree Farm Campground is a fine spot to camp, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because John P Larkin Country Club is close by. The majestic splendor of Ascutney State Park is there for you to take pleasure in.
At Ascutney State Park you can observe Mount Ascutney; a lake nearby is Lake Runnemede. If you need a spot to stay Windsor Motel is a nice choice, and don't leave Ascutney State Park without first paying a visit to Gerrys Falls. After a long day outdoors Ascutney Mountain Resort is a great site to spend a night or two, naturally you could also go to Sugar River Reservoir while you're here; it's not far at all.
