There's so much to do here at Ashley National Forest that you need to camp here for a while, China Meadows Campground is a good place for that, of course you could also stop at Upper Red Castle Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. Near Ashley National Forest you discover the Fish Creek National Recreation Trail which is a nice hiking trail, and since you're here, you could also pop by delightful North Star Lake. the Uinta Mountains. Stay the night at Trail Head Campground, and Smiths Fork Pass Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to.

| National Forest arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and the overnight is fairly colder of course, usually in the 40's.
