You'll need more than a day to look at everything Yachats State Park has to offer, you can camp at Beachside State Park. Shamrock Lodgettes is a wonderful site to get some rest, and as expected Mitchell Creek is a stunning stream that is worth taking a look at.
For the duration of the summer at Yachats State Park temperatures are generally in the 60's, and all through the night it cools down to the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 50's; overnight lows in the 30's for Yachats State Park. If you love the outdoors, you'll love Yachats State Park.
