Hood River - East Fork is a nice whitewater spot in the neighborhood of Viento State Park, and if you came to camp Sunset RV Park is a nice place to do that. There's some flowing water close by, Viento
Creek is a stream you can stop by during your stay, and Hood River has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining things at Viento State Park. There's so much to do here at Viento State Park that you need to camp here
for a while, Wind Mountain Resort is a fine place for that, and on a pleasant day you can take a hike along the Cascade Crest Trail.
There are so many entertaining things to do to please everybody. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Central Cascade Range. If you don’t have
a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Hood River - Lake Branch, and do take a hike on the Nestor Peak Trail. At Viento State Park you find heaps of outdoors recreation, so you could have heaps of fun.
Have a glorious hiking adventure along the
Pacific Crest Trail - section 23; you'll stumble on a pretty lake called New Lake. Through the summertime here at Viento State Park, high temperatures regularly reach the 70's while nighttime lows are typically in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and night
lows through the wintertime for Viento State Park tend to be in the 30's. Viento State Park is a striking section of wilderness that everybody enjoys.
