here at Oswald West State Park, do take a journey to Hug Point; hey, Hug Creek is a pleasant local stream. While you're here at Oswald West State Park you have to take a look at Humbug Point, and folks from Tolovana Park love to come here. Don't forget to take a good little tour
to Asbury Creek; do take a hike on the Cannon Beach Trail.
You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the area right next door to Oswald West State Park has to offer. Do schedule some time to check out Austin Point right next door to Oswald West State
Park if you have a chance, and dry warm beds await you at Van Buren Light House. If you have a thing about the outdoors you'll have a thing about it here in the Coast Ranges. Take a side trip to Shark Creek, and Short Sand Beach is rather close by if you're in a beach type of mood.
What a site this is for outdoors folks. Camping is available at Sea Ranch Recreational Vehicle Park, and from Oswald West State Park you obtain a great view of Double Peak.
Throughout the warm days of summer at Oswald West State Park highs are regularly in the 60's; all through
summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 50's, and overnight lows in the 30's for Oswald West State Park. On a delightful day you can go to Arcadia Beach close to Oswald West State Park, and after a long day outdoors Tolovana Inn is a pleasant site to spend a night or two.
