Lowell State Park, Central Cascade Range, Oregon   Good hiking is available along the Hardesty Trail. Lowell State Park is a rather wet place commonly with much rainfall; December is when you get the most rain here, and July is when it's the driest. If you come at the right time of year, Willamette River - Middle Fork offers some delightful whitewater, and there are pleasant locations to explore along the Eagles Rest Trail. For the duration of the warmest time of the year here at Lowell State Park, high temperatures commonly     get into the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Lowell State Park fall into the 30's. There's whitewater on Winberry Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and if you came for an overnight stay Dexter Shores Mobile Home and RV Park is a tremendous place to camp. Lowell State Park has fine outdoors recreation that you could take advantage of. Man, is there a lot of enjoyable things to do right next door to Lowell State Park. Soar down the rapids of Fall Creek in a kayak, and don't leave Lowell State Park without first going for a hike along the Teeter Creek Loop. The loveliness of Lowell State Park is there for you to get pleasure from. The nice folks of Lowell like to hang out nearby,   and do visit Noisy Creek since you're here at Lowell State Park. Lowell State Park is a great place for a visit when you need to get out. Yep, outdoors exciting things truly is bountiful here in the Central Cascade Range. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend McKenzie River. Lakes? Sure, Dexter Reservoir is around here. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Central Cascade Range. Dexter Dam is a wonderful location close to Lowell State Park; Upper End Campground is a glorious campground nearby.
