Grafton Lakes State Park Custom Search   The 505-foot drop at nearby ski mountain Willard Mountain is great; it has 14 runs blanketed by 7 feet of wonderful snow every season, served by 10 great ski lifts. At Willard Mountain 30% of the runs are tough while 70% are green and blue; everyone enjoys Willard Mountain with its 50 acres of skiing territory. Jiminy Peak close by is a good ski mountain in possession of a tremendous 1,150-foot elevation difference served by 9 great ski lifts; it has 45 ski runs and receives 12 feet of good snow per year. 70% of the 157 acres of skiable land at Jiminy     Peak is intermediate or beginner, tremendous for children and learners. 30% of the ski runs on the other hand are difficult and tremendous for skilled skiers. Quacken Kill River has a nearby whitewater bit; the Grafton to Cropseyville sector is a splendid 6-mile-in-distance grade II-III+ bit of whitewater.
