After a long day outdoors Seasons at Attitash is a great location to spend a night or two, and Mt. Washington State Park is a brilliant location to visit for more than one day, Timberland Camping Area is a brilliant location to camp nearby.
No need to travel far to stop by out of the ordinary stuff like Nelson Crag, and close by you discover great sites like Huntington Ravine. Mt. Washington State Park is a striking segment of wilderness where everyone has a great time. So much entertaining stuff to do at Mt. Washington State Park, so little time. If you came to camp A Better Life Cabins and Campground is a wonderful place to do that, and White Mountains can be distinguished from Mt. Washington State Park.
A tremendous site for whitewater paddling next to Mt. Washington State Park is Peabody River, and a delightful place is Tuckerman Ravine. Ball Crag is a nice place to go to while in the neighborhood; close by Gulf Of Slides is a nice spot to go. Bretton Arms Country Inn is a glorious site to get some rest, and Oakes Gulf is a delightful place to visit.
Stay the night at Dry River Campground, and the peak of Mount Monroe can be seen from Mt. Washington State Park. Saco River is a perfect whitewater spot near Mt. Washington State Park, and Mount Washington Hotel is a good place to get some rest. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable things in the White Mountains. In case you don’t mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Ellis River.
Mt. Washington State Park is a pretty wet place usually with a good deal of rain; through August this area sees the most rain; January on the other hand is the driest. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Wildcat is near Mt. Washington State Park, and get your heart beating on the glorious whitewater of Peabody River - West Branch. The Alpine Garden Trail offers hiking at its best, and the White Mountains makes the scenery here good.
Any time is a good time at Mt. Washington State Park if you have a thing about the outdoors. You can run the rapids of Dry River close to Mt. Washington State Park, and a great location to visit close by is Jefferson Ravine. Man, is there a lot of cool things to do in the White Mountains. Mount Clay is a peak you can see from Mt. Washington State Park; do take a hike on the Sphinx Trail.
