Camping at Emerald Acres is always a great experience, and paddling on Minnewawa River is so much fun. That   right there is a heap already, but it keeps on going; Monadnock State Park has it all. Very splendid water scenery is available at Gilson Pond Dam near Monadnock State Park, and a round of golf at nearby Shattuck Golf Course is a good way to kill some time. Going for a hike along the Harling Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region; lots of folks from Dublin come here. Monadnock State Park is a common place to spend time for people from Dublin. You don’t have to go far from Monadnock State Park to observe the water at Cummings Meadow Dam; if you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Contoocook River. Monadnock State Park is a picturesque place where everyone has a good time.
