can always go to nearby Wolf Creek Lake, and a perfect spot to camp here at Echo Canyon State Park is Leavitt Meadows Campground. Millie Lake is a brilliant lake near Echo Canyon State Park, and West Walker River is a nice whitewater spot close by. And if that's not sufficient there's loads more fun stuff to do in the Central Sierra Nevada.
