  Lolo National Forest is a gorgeous location that is popular with folks from far and wide. At Lolo National Forest through the summer months highs are in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's; throughout the dark hours in the winter at Lolo National Forest temperatures dip to the 10's. Lolo National Forest is right by the Storm Peak Trail. There's so much to do here at Lolo National Forest that you need to camp here for a while, Jack Pine Flats Campground is a nice place for that. Lolo National Forest gets a common amount of annual precipitation; the month with most of the snow is January; the driest of the months is July. You might want to pay a visit to Looters Gulch since you're here at Lolo National Forest, and during your trip here you'll meet some people from Saltese for sure.

Gulch is always fun; hiking is a popular thing to do around Lolo National Forest; Reader Gulch Pack Trail is a great local trail. Lolo National Forest is a perfect location for a tour when you've got to get out of the house. Be careful coming to the Bitterroot Range, you might not ever want to return back home again. There's great hiking along the Emma Peak Pack Trail; if you came to camp Denna Mora Campground is a delightful location to do that.
